Marketwire/Sysomos is searching for a bilingual account manager with at least 3 years of experience in German client management, as well as 3 years software development and essential knowledge in social media marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for technical sales, market expansionand software customization for all Sysomos products, including multilingual support for versions for North American and European markets.You will be assisting in the expansion of the German-speaking client market, providing excellent service and applying your extensive experience with German, Swiss and Austrian clients. Experience in software development in the field of databases andSaaS, andin customer-facing capacities with clients in various industries, especially marketing departments or agencies, is also a must-have. Theposition requires travelling to the countries of interestand the applicant should be familiar with the various social and cultural aspects of the requiredregions.

Employment Requirements (mandatory)
- Bachelor degreein Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of active client management in Germany maintaining client relations in various industries (small, medium and large-scale enterprises).
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- At least 1 year of Software QA experience.
- Excellent presentation skills and familiarity with presentation software and tools.
- Consulting and customer support experience.
- Experience in online marketing and business development and business intelligence.
- Experience interacting with North American and European clients (especially from Germany and/or Switzerland).
- Multilingual background with excellent command of English and German.
- Experience managing and implementing database andSaaS applications (incl. dashboards).
- Training of clients in the use of SaaS applications.
- Provide technical support.
- Extensive knowledge of German markets/products.
- Social Media- and tech-savvy.
- Used to extensive travelling (The position requires travelling to the countries of interestand the applicant should be familiar with the various social and cultural aspects of the requiredregions.)
- Intercultural competence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated experience working in and managing multilingual projects.
- Presentable and well-spoken with very good interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge ofand experience with MS Office products.
Additional Qualifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in leading and training junior staff.

- Marketing research experience.
